Post #9 – Everything has happened

This also was not written in my book, just the title. So again here I will wing it, and see how it turns out.

Some popular theory, in conjunction with History Repeats Itself, is that everything that can happen,  has happened. And as History repeats itself, it doesnt just keep repeating at the same time, as we may percieve, but it keeps repeating itself at a constant rate that is both equal to the speed of time, as well as in a different worldline each time.
      Now as I mentioned before, a worldline is a timeline in which Everything happens. At a cross roads, or a fork in the road, also can be a called a choicce or decision, the host worldline branches off and everything that that decision ffects is carried off along in the two separate worldlines. Imagining what life would be like if _________ was different, is really just dreaming of a different world line in which that set of decisions were made to produce that ideal situation.
These other worldlines are also occasionally refered to as parallel universes, in that most things will be the same, but there will always be differences. Small, big, total makeover, either way it is still a Parallel universe if you, or well other you, is present.

I have “Amelia Earhart – back in time, or to the future?

I then have drawn some time lines that look like the scale lines they used to use in Math class. lets see if I can draw one:

where as for you, the line is unbroken, and time travel is instant. but time still moves around you, and so you have disappeared off the planet until your arrival. (now the years can really be anything, so I didn’t write them. but if you wanted, you could fill in whatever you wish)

Can worldly things really have an influence on this, or is your time pre made, and so no matter what, that is when you die? (ie murder, healthy eating vs non healthy eating, etc…) and how would we know. like if that person pulls the rigger and kills us, was that pre-determined, and so even though he had a choice, it was his fate to do so anyway? or was it all in our hands? No one will ever know for sure.

and is it possible to jump to the past and stay there, eventually dying, and have no influence on your birth point? like:

Now I didn’t put in a death cuz the question is can you die before you were born? Also, if you did go back in time, would you forget what you already know, and revert to the same technology the new time has, or would you bring your future knowledge with you to the past?

I like how in the margin I wrote:
“Writing a program for the computer to know a program language is like studying the brain. when studying the brain, you are using the it to know what you are studying. kind of like, in my mind, a large circle. It starts with using the brain – to see the brain – to Understand the brain – to use the brain. (or like a web cam pointed at the screen, the cam sees the screen, and so the screen displays the screen. the cam now sees the screen displaying the screen, and so displays that, and that is how you get the webcam tunnel effect. As the Camera sees and updates what it sees, the thing it sees changes, and so goes on for eternity down a long tunnel. (the same effect is possible with two mirrors, but I find the viewer’s head gets in the way too easily.)

Page four is short, so I’ll tack it on to here.

I have  a picture of a circle, (representing the earth), and I have marked each of the four quadrants from a northern view. At the top I have a line labeled International Dateline. at the 3 o’clock, I have 6 AM. at the 6 o’clock, I labeled it Greenwich meridian (pronounced gren-itch) 12:00 PM. at the 9 o’clock I labeled it 6 PM. (and the centre says Northpole. South wont work the way I have it because when you are on a spinny chair and looking to the floor, the world spins in one direction, and as soon as you look to the ceiling, it spins in the opposite direction. So in order for a southerly view to work on my example, I would just have to mirror everything as it already is.)

Around the Earth I have drawn a line that points counterclockwise = East; clockwise = West. At the top of the page, where I labeled the Dateline, I have it marked Left hand side (Eastern) Dec 31, and the right Hand side (Western) Jan 1.
(these dates are substitutable as I have also written Jul 3 and 4. this was for understanding, and to double check that I was right the first time. I was : D )  I also just edited it and labeled relative places, like Japan, China, India, Africa, England, Canada, and Hawaii.  
Basically when you travel East, You also Travel Back in Time. This makes sense if you think of it in the aspect that Ontario would hit 6:00 before Manitoba, and Man would before Sask, and sask would before AB, and AB before BC. So assuming you could travel fast enough (maybe have to fly), you could essentially leave BC at Six, and Arrive in Ontario also At 6. (course it would be longer than a 1 hr flight). and the exact opposite is true When Travelling West.You are Essentially travelling forward in time.

So in the theory of Amelia Earhart’s Mysterious dissappearance, and presumed Time Travel (which I still have to research), If she was travelling East, she went back in Time, and if she went west, she may have appeared Ahead in time. And in using my diagrams above, if she went ahead in time, Depending on how far, She will have disappeared from the earth, and return at a later date. but to her it will ahve felt like no time at all.

Also on page 4 is a diagram of Earth and the sun, and the planets, and The Asteroid belt. (kind of looks like a Bohr Diagram from Chemistry class, just without the Electrons written in yet, but 1 -Earth; or a bulls-eye, lol)

The centre contains a Sun, (a dot), and there are 4 rings around it. 1 for Each Planet: Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars. Then I have a fifth ring, but this is all x’s for the asteroid belt. On Earth’s ring (the third one), there is another dot (Earth), and around that I have put a ring. Not for the moon, but to represent the Earth’s spin on its axis. Looking down from the North, The Earth Spins counterclockwise. (Sun rises in East, sets in West…), as for the Revolution around the sun, I can only assume, and so I wrote it as Clockwise, but I could be wrong. (my sister’s starry night enthusiast 5 program says different…) all well.. Anyway, we know 1 Earth’s turn = ~24 hrs. and 1 Revolution around the Sun = ~1 Yr.

Anyway the reason I wrote this, at least I think this is why, is because In my own theory, When you travel back in time, you are not just, going to a diferent time, but you are also sending the world back in time. like when you rewind a video, and everyone resets to their original positions, so when you hit play it is the exact same, well I see it like that with Time Travel. When you go back to this morning persay, Everything else also realigns. Like the Earth reverts back to its same postition, revoltion around the sun, angle to the sun, and everything else. even the guy across the street working in the convenience store and his customers reset themselves to their exact same postions as it was at that time. And of course, no one knows the difference except the one that made it happen, and a select few that are special in that way.

Post #6 – sorry if #5 dragged on a bit

Happy New Year Everyone!! Can you believe it? here we are in 2010. The Olympics are starting soon, and then we will all cheer on our Athletes for our countries, or the Athletes we like from other ones. Good Luck to them all!!!!
Is Everyone having a good winter? Excited for school starting on the 6th in most places. I miss High School, it was fun. but no where near the best years of my life!

ok, so yesterday I started off on page three, but at the mention of John Titor I strayed so far off topic, it was impossible to go back. and well, now here I am Jan 1, 2010; so here I will start again at page three.

as word for word as I can get, but I know I will edit some parts here it is:

John Titor- Claims to be from the year 2036 (which really isn’t too far into the future.)
                     – appeared on blog sites starting around 2000
                    – in 2001, he disappeared from the public eye, and allegedly returned back to his world line in 2036.

this must have started getting my mind going, because underneath it I wrote:

When you say ‘I am from the year _______.’ you are really just stating that your __X__ age self is from that year, or that that is where you last left off before going there. And meeting you ‘other age self ‘ is not exactly meeting you/yourself as they may not have shared the exact same experiences as you, make the exact same decisions, or even like the same things. and if our predecessors (younger selves) made a decision that was diffferent than our own, would our line cease to exist, or would it keep going? and would we know the outcome in either situation? probably not, but I think our line would continue to go, despite what happens in other lines. 
In theory, then again this is all just theory as none if it is factual at this time. But in theory, if we go back to a diffferent period, change anything,  one small detail even, AnYtHiNg can change, and so when we return to our time, everything will be different. Nothing will be as we left it.
If this is so, is it just like saying we have made a different branch of time, a new world line, and so we haven’t exactly gone back to the right time. We aren’t in “our” time. and so the “self we see there, has just been replaced by another one.

Another good question is: “Is it easy to get lost in time?”
Well, I have nothing in my binder under that one, so I’ll just wing it here.

Yes. It is very easy to get lost in time if you are planning on returning to your own world line. Don’t forget, any possible “path” that could have been taken, has happened. and so to return to where you came from, would be like finding a needle in a haystack. (or like GI Joe put it, “It’ll be like finding a needle in a coal mine.” “Haystack” “Oh right, a haystack in a coal mine.”) (haha oops, almost put “… in a cole man”)

my favorite picture to try and explain visually how I see world lines, and their relations to eachother is the French (or at least Quebec’s) symbol. kind of like a torch, but not. please instead of me trying to explain it, and slaughter it, just google it. but I’ll find one to put here as well.

Well, the symbol itself is called a fleurs-de-lis. The flag is called a fleursdelisé

Anyway, so this Fleur-de-lis is kind of how I see all the different world lines. now naturally this would change for every individual line, but I would see it as, at least for simplicity’s sake, our line, the one we are all in, is te direct centre one. just the straightest nicest looking one. and for every different line, they would be in the straight one.
and the two side ones here, they represent other world lines. now naturally there are more than three world lines, but the fleur-de-lise only has three.
So as we are the center, we would percieve it as we are going straight. but even if we were a curved one, it would make no difference. on the picture, there is a ring bringing the three lines together. I percieve this line as “now”. as we stay still in this ring, in now, time whizzes past us. straighting the bends as we approach it. Now John said that when we leave our time, our world line, it is like standing in a room of mirrors, and then slipping out into another room. the first room never knew we left. I kind of disagree. unless you arrive before or at the precise moment you left, you will be missed, assuming someone knew you left.
oh and in the now, as all the world lines combine to form one for a split second, so do all the other “you’s”. they all come to form you, and as you make a choice, they all choose other ones as well. like your decision to be lazy, in this case 50/50 chance, do it or not, 1/2 of the other you’s will side with you, and the other half not. any possible solution has been filled by at least one “you.”

anyway, in having all these hundreds and millions of world lines, it is like a needle in a haystackj trying to get back to the right one. John suggests going to a time before you first arrived, and then going home. so kind of like reversing even more, to go straight again. He also said that although the past or future may look the same as yours, be aware of the minor differences that may take place.

Post #5 – My promise to not let any more posts lag on.

I would like to direct all my readers to my friend’s page. she is a good writer, although she begs to differ. she is working on a small story, but what you see on her page is just small clips that don’t necessarily have a home at this point. kind of like a puzzle, she is making pieces, and when she has enough pieces,  she can assemble the puzzle. I just hate it when you are missing the final piece, and so the picture has one large hole in it. but with writing, although it may take a long while, the hole can be filled in. its just a matter of straining your brain beyond all force, and conjuring up the correct sequence of words.

ok, so today i will just copy from my binder, because I know I have ome good ideas contained in there, and right now, I feel kind of fresh out of ideas. so here goes.

hmm. cool. the first thing I have written here is a page with like a stream that has been diverted, and it kind of shows how the old branch now ceases to exist. here I am trying to explain that everytime we make a choice, we change the path we are on.
I also have it defined in my own terms here that a choice is an event in which the specimen has to make a decision.
A Decision as defined here by me is the outcome of two or more possible choices and the end result.

on the same page, I also have a smll picture of opportunity. It is a highway section, and there are two exits on to a different road. I see this as an example of opportunity because as the car has the ability to turn off the highway, it still doesn’t. that is kind of like a human being offered something, say an invitation to a party. but as the car did not turn, the person did not go. that was an opportunity wasted.
straying again, but in the movie Yes Man with Jim Carey, it is kind of like a No Opportunity Wasted kind of movie. In the Movie Jim’s Character is forced to say yes to new things even if he doesn’t want to do it. in watching this move, one can see how many opportunities we pass up because we feel like we just don’t want to do it. and ironically, I am listening to Rihanna’s Live Your Life song right now. My player is on Random, lol. but anyway, it fits since right now i am talking of no opportunity wasted, so as Rihanna says, Just Live Your Life!! No opportunity wasted.

Oh next page! On this page I have grven a kind of ruler, except this ruler does not measure length, it measures time. on this ruler I have put different ages, and milesones. like the average person graduates High School at the age of 18. but their life doesn’t really seem to take flight until about the age of 20. then I put in some fictitious mile stones, because really after 20, your life is what you make of it. so my fictitious milestones will never reflect anyone’s life, not even my own. but in my head it a little bit ideal. anyway, I have at the age of 21, moving out of the parent’s house. at 23 maybe meeting a girl. if this girl is right, possibly get married at 27. have a baby a year later, at 28. If you are a good worker, and have had the same job for eons, you might face a promotion at the age of 30. but don’t do anything you hate. it makes for a sour and bitter old person. by the time you are 33 your child will be 4-5 years old, and so she will start Kindergarten. here i ran out of room so I redrew it, but in a smaller scale and kept going. I skipped many small details here, and skipped right to 45. Early retirement. believe it or not, but by the time you are 48, your child that you had at the age of 28 is now, you guessed it, 20 years old. here I drew them a line of their own, and yours keeps going. when you are 55, your kid will be 27. 65 is late retirment, and then i have labeled 75 as really late retirement. and well, I didn’t label it because it is a variable, but after 75 is basically lifelong working. like in Japan, and the worst bosses in Canada.
but to think of how life can be so compressed like that, it is very odd. assuming your child had a similar life to yours, when your grand-daughter is 20, your daughter might be about 48, and that would make you 48+28, or 76 by the time your grandchild is 20. as kids may grow up so fast, don’t forget that you too are aging as they do. if I were to label ages as variables, it would probably be something like exactly what I did a second ago, but like you were 28 when you had a kid, and so that gap will never change. so it can be seen as like: Kid’s Age (X) + Your Age Upon Having Kid (this case 28) = your age. so say your kid is 2, you were 28. 2 + 28 = 30. when your kid is 20, 20 + 28 = 48.

ok enough fun!! page 3 – here I took some notes on how I go into the Time Travel Business. His name was John Titor. so heres the story. I was curious about time ever since I was very young. so one day not too long ago, a few months, maybe during summer ’09, I looked up Time Travel on Youtube I believe. and i saw some really cool videos, some of them were Nova, and others were user submitted. Apparently this one guy crawled through a wormhole under his sink and met his older self. they were like identical twins. and apparently he filmed him and him older on his cell phone to show to the world. as much as I don’t quite believe this, I am sure with little doubt that it is possible.
Anyway, I was on Youtube, saw some good vids, and I remember Albert Einstein with the Photon Experiment, and how time slows down the faster you go. and everything. Anyway, John Titor was mentioned a few times in these videos, and so I looked him up online. He was blogging in 2000, and 2001. He claimed to be a time travellor from the year 2036. The USA was having another civil war and upon obtaining a small, ancient device from our time, he and the US Gov would have the tools and technology needed to win the war. now I know that no one can prove he was a real time travellor, but he did talk a lot of the future, and how it was. He was the “expert” that first called branches in time world lines. personally, I dont think he was from our world line, but no one can be sure. He always spoke of how at this time this would happen, and at that time that would happen, and everything. but really, even his presence in our time, assuming he is not from here, would have an impact on our future, and so what he spoke of may be true, but really it is possible that it won’t all happen.

and so in taking measures to be able to defend ourselves if a war did break out, we are also saying that we are ready for war, and if your gonna strike, just do it. all this fighting for peace bs, well if everyone just dropped their weapons, what do you think  we would have? DUH! peace! of course not everyone will drop their weapons, mostly in fear that their enemies have a secret weapon as well. and some cultures it is their way of life to go and conquer other lands, and impose their thoughts and beliefs despite the locals’ rights, and different ways.
Like really, all the american fear of Alien invaders, is because that is human nature. Look at what we did to the Native American peoples, and the Australians. like really, the way the Europeans just stormed in, and took control. The Europeans can play the Alien part, and the Natives the Human part this time. The Natives defended their land as best they could, not wanting these Aliens to take what was rightfully theirs. well, as Humans will unite to defend their Planet, Earth, the natives did so to defend their land. and then the Europeans out of greed, took everything they had, and double crossed them. And then, they forced their “civilized” ways on the natives thinking that their ways were better than the natives. Do Americans think Aliens will really try to impose their ways on us like we did to the natives?

Hey, I know I am picking on the Americans a lot, but frankly Canada is the only country I have lived in, and so I don’t know the Influences of other Countries, but I see that almost everything Canada has, comes from either china or the USA. And well, All Alien Movies, Games, and merchandise appear to come from the USA. Any Movie you watch, the aliens land in USA. any game you play as a military icon, it is always the American Armies (although maybe not politically correct, but by armies I am also includuing the navy, all military personnel, and everything to do with fighting with a gun. whether it be sea, sky, air, and/or all other forms of US Military.) Most Games you play, are full of American Pride. and I have no problem with that, but what about Canada? on my car in a racing game, if I wanted to put a national flag on it, I usually see American Eagles, American Flags, and American Icons. But all I see for Canada, if at all, is one Flag. liek do Americans Hate Canada? or do they just not think about other people but themselves. Maybe they think Canadians love them so much. well News Flash, for all the wise people out there, The Americans buy our resources and sell it back to us at 5x the cost. Why do we let them do this to us? Are we really all that decieved? I know it is “good trade business” but who do you know that loves doing a $10 thousand job, and only let’s their boss pay them a minimum salary. its ridiculus! Any person in their right mind would want a fair cut of that $10 thousand dollars, and not just let it all go to their boss. well, when the Americans buy our resources and sell it back to us at higher prices, it is no different. would it not make more sense for Canada to take care of itself first, and then give the scraps to the rest of the world? By scraps I don’t mean junk, i mean the left overs. like Alberta with its mine fields could have lower prices for all of Canada in the fuel industry, but because we sell it to the USA, who like cheap laour from Mexico, we all lose out. Americans have lower gas prices than we do, and because the cheap Mexican Labour, The Americnas no longer have jobs to pay for even that.

I see this Economical failure as a resault of many factors, not just one. first and Foremost, unless gov’t prints more money, we are at a set value. Now I know they won’t print more money and hand it out, because that causes our Dollar Value to Plummit. as currency fails, precious metals rise, in value, and then replace what was currency. Now Only the rich people have money, and so the poor guy in order to make what he was before, due to the lack of prosperity, is forced to raise his prices. In doing so, he is limiting himself only to the rich people with money, and so all the poor people start to suffer. As this poor guy that raised his prices still stumbles to stay afloat in the rough waters, paying his rising rents, and taxes, he too starts to fail, and eventually goes broke. He even let go of a few employees to try and retain some money for these payments. As the rich continue to get richer, the poor continue to get poorer, until eventually the door collapses and their is now no point for return.
So the way I see it, since the gov’t wont print money as a bail out, and gives major corporations tax bailouts because they claim to not be able to pay it, I see it as instead the Americans should not be so greedy, and maybe the head executives could take a pay drop because they are already making more than they essentially need, and all the pee-ons on the floor that do the actual work, like dealing with the customers are barely making enough to survive. When it comes to economy, I see Balance beams that are all directly linked. when it comes to currency, and money flows, I see circles. kind of like wisps of wind, and the bigger the wisp, the more money there is there.
And for the average consumer, buying large things like a boat on credit is utterly pathetic! Especially when you are about to declare bankruptcy and still choose to not get rid of anything, which by the way, although painful, may be a better option than having a bill collector came and take it for you.
Don’t get me wrong, like I do understand that maybe buying a house is somethinn you would want to buy with credit (ie a mortgage); but is having a $32 million dollar house that is only really worth $600,000 really worth buying? like People have just gotten way too ridiculus and frankly it is just pathetic. Wake up, Sell your stupid boat, get what you can, stop spending so much, and get yourself out of debt. it is t he hole you just dug yourself. credit is not money you have, and so even if you did have a $50 thousand limit, don’t us it to buy a boat unless you expect that boat to make you money. Like you could go fishing, and then sell your catches, but seriously don’t rely on this as a main source of income, your little dingy is no match for a large super cruiser that catches 75x as much as you do.

and yes, maybe your $32 million house now has a value of $65 thousand, and so you  still owe over 30 million even if you did sell it, but like really, where is the reality in that? You’d almost be better to set it ablaze and see how the insurance company will screw you over too. other than the fact than you may live there, and have a home there, and your stuff is in there, your house is virtually useless, and has no value to it. all your assets are worthless, and your equity is in the negatives. so aside from not putting yourself in this situation in the first place, all I can suggest to you is save every penny, sell all your extra stuff, even the couches if you can’t pay it all off, keep the house because it is better than a cardboard box. maybe sell it for what you can and get something cheaper, or invite your friends to live with you and all pay the mortgage together. “United We Stand Firm”. Yes as much as I dislike the Americans, I do think they have some pretty good philosophies. Don’t worry, as much as I dislike them, I am still not a terrorist. I won’t attack them, Ill just sit back , and laugh at their stupididty.

well, none of this was on page 3, haha, well except John titor. Odd how I can get from Time Travel, to econimical crisis. “Let the first be last and the last be first.” I think now I might understand this a little bit more. All the Me Me Me Americans are now in so much debt trying to make themselves first, now with the fall, they have fallen below the poor guy, who is now basically first. The rich guy owes over $500,000. the poor guy, maybe only owes $100, but at least he won’t have a financial collector take everything away from him.

wow, I am at 2769 words, and although this was a promise not to lag on, I think with the variety of t0pics in this one it was good enough.

at least here you can kind of see how my mind likes to wander and make odd connections. and I know I didn’t develop a lot of ideas as much as I wanted to, but my mind likes to move fast and so maybe next time I will ddevelop some ideas further. right now my head is starting to hurt. I don’t think I have ever typed for three hours almost straight.

Post #4 – Attempt to make #3 clear I guess.

sorry that #3 dragged on so long. i wont let that happen again. but I basically just wanted to hightlight that travel and time, are two different factors, that appear to be directly linked. where you are travelling, and how you get there, will affect your current clock, but not necessarily your biological one.
Again, Im sorry. if you didn’t catch on already, I have taken time and broken it down into different factors, or individual clocks. there is the world clock or the clock of all natural time, ie years. there is the clock of now, in which “now” it is 4:00 in BC, but 7:00 in Ontario. although different times, the “now” is now. there is the clock of local time, so in BC it is now locally 4:00. and there is the biological clock. your own personal clock that nature has given you. this one controls everything about you: age, the petuitary gland, the days you wake up before your alarm clock or the sun. It also controls minor things like growth, nail growth, heart rate and other stuff. but these minor ones are not our focus.

So, in using these clocks, I hope to not confuse, and make things seem a bit more interesting, and not confusing.
First off, let me use a small model. I will attempt to use all the clocks,  but no promises can be made yet. we are going to imagine we are going to make a small time jump.

the date is Jan. 3, 2036; the time is about 10:21 AM; we are in Washington DC, and are going to jump back in time to the year 1949. We will land also in Washington DC. your biological clock suggests you are 21 years old. 21 and 10 months to be exact. you are ready to jump, and then off you go. you arrive in Washington DC, 1949.
Major theory suggests that you will still be 21 and 10 months, despite when you arrived. you could land on your birthday, before you were born, and still have  the same age to you. My speculation is that, if you were to jump back in time, is it possible to de-age yourself. So far to the point that you cease to exist, or will your biological clock freeze, and accept the changes to the world clock.
In other words, can these two clocks work independantly, or will they always work as one clock, and so existance outside your own “time frame” will be inevitably impossible. Kind of like thinking of a zipper. The two zip pieces are the two clocks, and you are the zipper piece. they work together, and never independantly to open or close the jacket, shirt, bag, or whatever it is attached to. Buttons on the hand, can be placed in the wrong holes, and although still hold the shirt shut, it is unstable, and quite uncomfortable for the person wearing the shirt.  
Also, without a strict plan or a means of return, any scientifical experimentaion for time travel would be utterly useless.  ways of prooving it would work would be hard, but as I heard someone say today, the word impossible is just “I’m Possible” spelt differently.
A few ideas I have heard, and thought of, that could be usable as a means of communication without return, but proof nonetheless, could be leaving a note in the past to find in the future. but this is dependant on the fact that you know you or someone else will stumble upon it. And in order to send a note to yourself in the future from the past, depending on how far back, you have to know when and where to put it so that it doesn’t accidently get destroyed. other ways, but not necessarily the best ideas, are to to make a scene, (depending on the era) and get recorded in history.
if you land in the future, it is like zooming ahead and waiting for everyone else to cach up to you. telling people your from the past wont exactly make “your time” know that you jumped. Jumping five minutes ahead, although kind of pointless, but for experimental gain, you would appear to cease to exist for that time.
lol, random funny thought just passed by. it said your good friends with your lab partner and just as you leave, your boss is looking for you. she says she has been looking high and low for you, and your lab partner keeps covering for you, not telling her where you really went (to the 5 minute future.) when you do arrivve, it feels like 3 seconds to you, and your partner tells you exactly how loong you were gone for. your boss just arrives back to your lab, and says something like, “oh there you are, i was looking high and low for you. where were you? nevermind I have to ask you this…” and so she like totally never finds out that you were in travel in the space time continuem.

but also on this note, when you jump time, forward or back, it is possible to end up in the wrong “world line.” they are called these by some experts because a time line is like a series of facts laid out in a chronological order. a world line is like every possible combination of whatever can happen, has happened. and so your time, you present, past, and future are all layed out in a world line. now as we all know, the future is always changing, and I don’t know if you believe in destiny, fate, or anything else, but I do. and although they are there, we still have our choices, decisions, and thoughts. I see Fate, Destiny, and God all as sort of guides, to lead us the right way, like if we were to be in a race, and we had to make it under an arch as a checkpoint, well I see fate as sort of the road, making us turn far enough to make it through these gates, and Destiny as the gate itself.

and so neither the people who think life is set out for us already, nor the freelancers are entirely correct. I see it as a sort of happy medium. both sides are correct.
You may find that out about me. I tend generally not  to take just one side, but a little bit of both sides. if you allow me stray off topic for a second, I do not believe in evolution. but Ido believe in change. so what I mean by this is although I don’t believe that mankind “evolved” from monkeys, and all living life “evolved” from a single celled organism, I do believe in changes such as a caterpillar growing wings, and changing into a butterfly.

Post #3 – Time Travel

Today my goal is to talk not of god, but all about time! Time is the essence of All other things. without time, it would be like outerspace. in outer space, there is no oxygen, we cannot breathe. Without time, nothing would ever happen. it would be like living in an ocean, with no water. you’d just be there, and life possibly could not exist.

When you think of time, you may think of a lifespan, or how long it took to do something. Your main focus would possibly be how long you have been on this Earth, what you have done, What you may have not, How long you have left, and possibly, maybe even wonder if the world is coming to an end.
But time is not something that we can determine, only utilize and embrace.

Somedays, being humans, we tend to wish that we could change the past, see the future, or take back something we said. Somedays we even wish we could see the bigger picture of our lives, where we are heading, and how we might get there. This would be the basis for time travel.
Time travel is changing one’s position in time to a point either before or after the one they are already at. Since no one has actually done it yet, that we know of, we can only theorize and guess what can, might, or will happen when we, as a World of People, discover the gateway to Time Exploration. Many theories have been made, some contradicting others, and others just being extravagent all their own.

First off, all theories seem to point blindly at the fact that in order to make a time jump, high speeds need to be involved. I don’t personally think that speed is a major factor, but no one can really rule out any factors at this point.
It is also believed that Amelia Earhart jumped in time when she flew around the world in her airplane many years ago. This is the foundation for Clark Kent’s Superior save of Ms Lana Lang in one of the movies, when all the world is falling apart, and she is sucked in an opening crater that is rapidly filling with lava. Clark saves her by flying super fast around the earth in reverse orbit, causing enough wind friction to literally spin the earth the opposite direction than the gravitational pull. As he does so, everything rewinds itself, and we are then back in time. He rites the spin again, and then saves Lana with the previous knowledge of where she was, and when. 
I admit that I too was a believer of this type of time travel (orbital travel found in Quantum Physics), but when I looked closer at it, It did not appear to make entire sense to me. Consider this, pilots fly around the earth 24/7. Is it possible that their travelling has an impact on their life spans? or is travelling around the earth, even over the International Date Line, no different than travelling from here to Grandma’s house? but when you cross over the IDL, you are transported straight into the next day. It is possible to skip one full day out of your life when you cross over the line, if it is timed just right.

Imagine you live in Ontario where the time is now 4:00 PM. You hop onto a plane that is departing this second, and travel West toward Vancouver, British Columbia. In British Columbia the current time is 1:00 PM. Google says Windsor to Vancouver, non-stop is about 6.5 hours, beats driving I bet.

Leave Ontario at 4, fly for six hours against time, correct me if I am wrong, but you should arrive in Vancouver at 7:30 local time. I figure this because if we assume and count just straight Ontario time, 4:00 + 6.5 hrs, would be 10:30. Translate to Bc Time, 1:00 + 6.5 hrs = 7:30. since BC and Ontatio are 3 hrs apart, this makes sense. 7:30 + 3 hrs difference makes for 10:30 Ontario time.
Now we are just a little bit back in time, but we are in a totally different place, and time travel as we wish it to be, suggests Point B is point A, but time has shifted around to produce the new point B. generally, physically, it is the same position in space, same latitude vs longitude, but minor things will be different because it isn’t the exact same “Photo” of time.

But back to your flight, it is now 10:30 where you originate, but only 7:30 where you are now. Your transfer flight will take you over the dateline and to Japan to meet your sister who is studying there. Departing from Vancouver at 7:55 (I would say 7:30 but we want to allow you time to rest, and get something, go to the bathroom, and everything else. And a flight that requires you to transfer would really suck if it was land this one and then change and go.) so leave BC at 7:55 and Google suggests a non-stop flight from BC to Japan is appx 10 hours flat. so aside from a lot of travelling for this trip, a lot of time changing, and possibly I am flying you the long way, when you leave BC at 7:55 PM, you now have to go ten more hours and so upon landing in Japan, it is now 17:55 – 12 hrs, is 5:55 AM BC time.

This translates to 8:55 AM Ontario time. I totally forgot the dates of your travel. ok, so say you left Jul 10 fom Ontario, nice summer vacation. you arrive in BC also Jul 10. but you would arrive in Japan on Jul 11th I believe. but at this time, I cannot find my binder, and Google is not liking me. I have spent too much time searching and lost my train of thought. please allow a quick recap.

Fly non-stop 6.5 hrs

so you arrive In Japan at the eqivalent time to Ontario’s Jul 11 at 8:55 AM. The next few charts were to help me find an answer that was logical, and possibly real. ignore them if you want, look over them, comment any corrections? my head hurts at this time. thank goodness for friends, phones, and google. I would be way further off course at this time.

Anyway, I have strayed so far off path the main idea was almost lost. the point I was trying to make was that in crossing the dateline, although such a dramatic change in time can occur, it is still undetermined if it will affect your biological clock. I mean the start of time is the international date line, and it is also the end of time. generally speaking I mean. think of it as a ripple, sweeping across the earth. it originates at the dateline, sweeps across Asia, hitting Japan, then over to China, across india, over Europe over the atlantic, into NewFoundLand, across Quebec, along Ontario, to Manitoba, over Sask, to Alberta, hits British Columbia, and then makes its way over alaska and Hawaii and back to the Dateline where it is renewed and the cycle starts over again. if you were in Japan and flew to Canada, whatever day you started on would be longer, and you may end up repeating it. but going from Canada to Japan, you may end up losing a day.
According to your Biological clock though, it will be a different day. the original day it was supposed to be. anyway, this post is mostly over, so i’ll start fresh on a new post, similar topic, and see what will come of that.
